The inner layer is a multilayer LDPE film. The outer layer is a laminated polypropylene sleeve. Both materials are made according to a special technology and recipe that allows you to meet the Technical Requirements for securing cargo in wagons and containers using air bags (airbags) for rail transportation.
A valve that guarantees 100% tightness. This type of valve is convenient for inflating and lowering the air bag due to its design.
The turbocharged inflation device allows the airbag to be inflated several times faster, and also controls the pressure itself, preventing exceeding the maximum values, by relieving the excess pressure by the bypass valve.
The seams of the pneumatic casing are reinforced with a sealing rope in accordance with the Technical Requirements for the means of securing goods in wagons and containers using air bags (airbags) for rail transportation.
The label is sewn into the pneumatic bag, which minimizes the risk of product counterfeiting, and is also a guarantee that the pneumatic bag is made by the Russian manufacturer SBT KARGO LLC.
